Art, jewellery and watches came together as ShowKeen, powered by AstaGuru, made its Hyderabad debut on October 17 and 18, 2026. Held at the Hitex Exhibition Centre, the two-day showcase brought together Modern and Contemporary Indian art, fine and heirloom jewellery, and luxury timepieces, giving visitors a chance to explore different facets of collecting under one roof.

A Showcase of Indian Art

The art selection featured works by some of India’s most recognised artists, including M.F. Husain, F.N. Souza, S.H. Raza, Ram Kumar, Krishen Khanna, Himmat Shah and T. Vaikuntam. Contemporary artists such as Suryakant Lokhande, Tom Vattakuzhy, Jagannath Mohapatra and Chintan Zalavadia were also part of the showcase.

Adding to the display was Tyche, AstaGuru’s luxury brand specialising in licensed editions. Its limited-edition patinated bronze sculptures drew on Husain’s iconic horses, translating one of Modern Indian art’s most familiar motifs into sculptural form.

Alongside the artworks, visitors could explore fine and heirloom jewellery distinguished by gemstones, detailed craftsmanship and timeless design. The timepiece selection brought together watches that reflected the technical skill and heritage of fine watchmaking.

Each category offered a different way to appreciate design and craftsmanship. Together, they also highlighted the stories behind the objects people choose to collect, whether through art, precious jewels or watches.

Bringing Hyderabad’s Creative Community Together

ShowKeen extended beyond the exhibition itself, with guided walkthroughs, conversations, private dining experiences and social gatherings. These offered opportunities for artists, collectors, architects, designers and other members of the creative community to connect and exchange ideas.

For AstaGuru, the Hyderabad edition marked another step in ShowKeen’s expansion beyond its earlier showcases in Mumbai and New Delhi. The city’s rich artistic heritage and appreciation for craftsmanship made it a fitting setting for the event.

With its Hyderabad debut, ShowKeen brought together established names, contemporary voices and different expressions of luxury. It offered a space to discover art, exchange perspectives and appreciate the stories that make each piece distinctive.
